فَلَمَّاfalammāSo whenرَجَعُٓواrajaʿūthey returnedاِلٰٓىilātoاَب۪يهِمْabīhimtheir fatherقَالُواqālūthey saidيَٓاyāOاَبَانَاaabānāour fatherمُنِـعَmuniʿaHas been deniedمِنَّاminnāto usالْكَيْلُl-kayluthe measureفَاَرْسِلْfa-arsilso sendمَعَنَٓاmaʿanāwith usاَخَانَاakhānāour brotherنَكْتَلْnaktal(that) we will get measureوَاِنَّاwa-innāAnd indeed, weلَهُlahufor himلَحَافِظُونَlaḥāfiẓūna(will) surely (be) guardiansSo when they returned to their father, they said, "Our father, we have been banned from getting anymore measure of grain, so send our brother with us so we may be given a measure of grain, and we will be his guardians."
