Surah 14 · Verse 21

وَبَرَزُواwabarazūAnd they will come forthلِلّٰهِlillahibefore Allahجَم۪يعاًjamīʿanall togetherفَقَالَfaqālathen will sayالضُّعَفٰٓؤُ۬اl-ḍuʿafāuthe weakلِلَّذ۪ينَlilladhīnato those whoاسْتَكْـبَرُٓواis'takbarūwere arrogantاِنَّاinnāIndeed weكُنَّاkunnāwe wereلَكُمْlakumyourتَبَعاًtabaʿanfollowersفَهَلْfahalso canاَنْتُمْantumyou (be)مُغْنُونَmugh'nūnathe one who availsعَنَّاʿannāusمِنْminfromعَذَابِʿadhābi(the) punishmentاللّٰهِl-lahi(of) AllahمِنْminanythingشَيْءٍۜshayinanythingقَالُواqālūThey will sayلَوْlawIfهَدٰينَاhadānāAllah had guided usاللّٰهُl-lahuAllah had guided usلَهَدَيْنَاكُمْۜlahadaynākumsurely we would have guided youسَوَٓاءٌsawāon(It is) sameعَلَيْنَٓاʿalaynāfor usاَجَزِعْنَٓاajaziʿ'nāwhether we show intoleranceاَمْamorصَبَرْنَاṣabarnāwe are patientمَاmānotلَنَاlanā(is) for usمِنْminanyمَح۪يصٍ۟maḥīṣinplace of escape
