[16:8] God creates new means of transportation we do not yet know about. According to the teaching of the Quran, God is the ultimate creator of everything, including our actions (37:96). We are only given a limited freedom of choice. This verse refers to all transportation vehicles that were not available during the time of revelation, such as, trains, automobiles, airplanes, helicopters, rockets, and spaceships. Since we are also the Quran's audience, it refers to many more to come in the future.
