قُلْ qul Say لَئِنِ la-ini If اجْتَمَعَتِ ij'tamaʿati gathered الْاِنْسُ l-insu the mankind وَالْجِنُّ wal-jinu and the jinn عَلٰٓى ʿalā to اَنْ an [that] يَأْتُوا yatū bring بِمِثْلِ bimith'li the like هٰذَا hādhā (of) this الْقُرْاٰنِ l-qur'āni Quran لَا lā not يَأْتُونَ yatūna they (could) bring بِمِثْلِه۪ bimith'lihi the like of it وَلَوْ walaw even if كَانَ kāna were بَعْضُهُمْ baʿḍuhum some of them لِبَعْضٍ libaʿḍin to some others ظَه۪يراً ẓahīran assistants
Say, "If all the humans and the Jinn were to gather to bring a Quran like this, they could not come with its like, even if they were helping one another."
