وَلَنْwalanAnd neverتَرْضٰىtarḍāwill be pleasedعَنْكَʿankawith youالْيَهُودُl-yahūduthe Jewsوَلَاwalāand [not]النَّصَارٰىl-naṣārāthe Christiansحَتّٰىḥattāuntilتَتَّبِعَtattabiʿayou followمِلَّتَهُمْۜmillatahumtheir religionقُلْqulSayاِنَّinnaIndeedهُدَىhudā(the) Guidanceاللّٰهِl-lahi(of) Allahهُوَhuwaitالْهُدٰىۜl-hudā(is) the Guidanceوَلَئِنِwala-iniAnd ifاتَّبَعْتَittabaʿtayou followاَهْوَٓاءَهُمْahwāahumtheir desiresبَعْدَbaʿdaafterالَّذ۪يalladhīwhatجَٓاءَكَjāakahas come to youمِنَminaofالْعِلْمِۙl-ʿil'mithe knowledgeمَاmānotلَكَlakafor youمِنَminafromاللّٰهِl-lahiAllahمِنْminanyوَلِيٍّwaliyyinprotectorوَلَاwalāand notنَص۪يرٍnaṣīrinany helperNeither the Jews nor the Nazarenes will be pleased with you until you follow their creed. Say, "The guidance is God's guidance." If you follow their wishes after the knowledge has come to you, then none can help or protect you against God.
