Surah 20 · Verse 131

وَلَاwalāAnd (do) notتَمُدَّنَّtamuddannaextendعَيْنَيْكَʿaynaykayour eyesاِلٰىilātowardsمَاmāwhatمَتَّعْنَاmattaʿnāWe have given for enjoymentبِه۪ٓbihi[with it]اَزْوَاجاًazwājanpairsمِنْهُمْmin'humof themزَهْرَةَzahrata(the) splendorالْحَيٰوةِl-ḥayati(of) the lifeالدُّنْيَاl-dun'yā(of) the worldلِنَفْتِنَهُمْlinaftinahumthat We may test themف۪يهِۜfīhiin itوَرِزْقُwariz'quAnd (the) provisionرَبِّكَrabbika(of) your Lordخَيْرٌkhayrun(is) betterوَاَبْقٰىwa-abqāand more lasting
