لَاlāNotيَسْبِقُونَهُyasbiqūnahuthey (can) precede Himبِالْقَوْلِbil-qawliin wordوَهُمْwahumand theyبِاَمْرِه۪bi-amrihiby His commandيَعْمَلُونَyaʿmalūnaactThey do not speak ahead of Him, and on His command they act.
