Surah 22 · Verse 73

يَٓاyāOاَيُّهَاʾaayyuhāmankindالنَّاسُl-nāsuO mankindضُرِبَḍuribaIs set forthمَثَلٌmathalunan exampleفَاسْتَمِعُواfa-is'tamiʿūso listenلَهُۜlahuto itاِنَّinnaIndeedالَّذ۪ينَalladhīnathose whomتَدْعُونَtadʿūnayou invokeمِنْminbesides Allahدُونِdūnibesides Allahاللّٰهِl-lahibesides Allahلَنْlanwill neverيَخْلُقُواyakhluqūcreateذُبَاباًdhubābana flyوَلَوِwalawieven ifاجْتَمَعُواij'tamaʿūthey gathered togetherلَهُۜlahufor itوَاِنْwa-inAnd ifيَسْلُبْهُمُyaslub'humusnatched away from themالذُّبَابُl-dhubābuthe flyشَيْـٔاًshayana thingلَاlānotيَسْتَنْقِذُوهُyastanqidhūhuthey (could) take it backمِنْهُۜmin'hufrom itضَعُفَḍaʿufaSo weakالطَّالِبُl-ṭālibu(are) the seekerوَالْمَطْلُوبُwal-maṭlūbuand the one who is sought
