Surah 28 · Verse 48

فَلَمَّاfalammāBut whenجَٓاءَهُمُjāahumucame to themالْحَقُّl-ḥaquthe truthمِنْminfrom Usعِنْدِنَاʿindināfrom Usقَالُواqālūthey saidلَوْلَٓاlawlāWhy notاُو۫تِيَūtiyahe was givenمِثْلَmith'la(the) likeمَٓاmā(of) whatاُو۫تِيَūtiyawas givenمُوسٰىۜmūsā(to) MusaاَوَلَمْawalamDid notيَكْفُرُواyakfurūthey disbelieveبِمَٓاbimāin whatاُو۫تِيَūtiyawas givenمُوسٰىmūsā(to) MusaمِنْminbeforeقَبْلُۚqablubeforeقَالُواqālūThey saidسِحْرَانِsiḥ'rāniTwo magic (works)تَظَاهَرَا۠taẓāharāsupporting each otherوَقَالُٓواwaqālūAnd they saidاِنَّاinnāIndeed, weبِكُلٍّbikullinin allكَافِرُونَkāfirūna(are) disbelievers
