Surah 29 · Verse 31

وَلَمَّاwalammāAnd whenجَٓاءَتْjāatcameرُسُلُـنَٓاrusulunāOur messengersاِبْرٰه۪يمَib'rāhīma(to) Ibrahimبِالْبُشْرٰىۙbil-bush'rāwith the glad tidingsقَالُٓواqālūthey saidاِنَّاinnāIndeed, weمُهْلِكُٓواmuh'likū(are) going to destroyاَهْلِahli(the) peopleهٰذِهِhādhihi(of) thisالْقَرْيَةِۚl-qaryatitownاِنَّinnaIndeedاَهْلَهَاahlahāits peopleكَانُواkānūareظَالِم۪ينَۚẓālimīnawrongdoers
