Surah 3 · Verse 147

وَمَاwamāAnd notكَانَkānawereقَوْلَهُمْqawlahumtheir wordsاِلَّٓاillāexceptاَنْanthatقَالُواqālūthey saidرَبَّنَاrabbanāOur Lordاغْفِرْigh'firforgiveلَنَاlanāfor usذُنُوبَنَاdhunūbanāour sinsوَاِسْرَافَنَاwa-is'rāfanāand our excessesف۪ٓيfīinاَمْرِنَاamrināour affairsوَثَبِّتْwathabbitand make firmاَقْدَامَنَاaqdāmanāour feetوَانْصُرْنَاwa-unṣur'nāand give us victoryعَلَىʿalāoverالْقَوْمِl-qawmi[the people]الْكَافِر۪ينَl-kāfirīnathe disbelievers
