لٰكِنِlākiniButالَّذ۪ينَalladhīnathose whoاتَّقَوْاittaqawfearرَبَّهُمْrabbahumtheir Lordلَهُمْlahumfor themجَنَّاتٌjannātun(will be) Gardensتَجْر۪يtajrīflowsمِنْminfromتَحْتِهَاtaḥtihāunderneath themالْاَنْهَارُl-anhāruthe riversخَالِد۪ينَkhālidīnawill abide foreverف۪يهَاfīhāin itنُزُلاًnuzulana hospitalityمِنْminfromعِنْدِʿindi[near]اللّٰهِۜl-lahiAllahوَمَاwamāAnd whatعِنْدَʿinda(is) withاللّٰهِl-lahiAllahخَيْرٌkhayrun(is) bestلِلْاَبْرَارِlil'abrārifor the righteousAs for those who are aware of their Lord, they will have paradises with rivers flowing beneath; eternally they reside in it as a dwelling from God. What is with God is better for the righteous.
