Surah 3 · Verse 28

لَاlā(Let) notيَتَّخِذِyattakhidhitakeالْمُؤْمِنُونَl-mu'minūnathe believersالْكَافِر۪ينَl-kāfirīnathe disbelieversاَوْلِيَٓاءَawliyāa(as) alliesمِنْminfromدُونِdūniinstead ofالْمُؤْمِن۪ينَۚl-mu'minīnathe believersوَمَنْwamanAnd whoeverيَفْعَلْyafʿaldoesذٰلِكَdhālikathatفَلَيْسَfalaysathen not he (has)مِنَminafromاللّٰهِl-lahiAllahف۪يfīinشَيْءٍshayinanythingاِلَّٓاillāexceptاَنْanthatتَتَّقُواtattaqūyou fearمِنْهُمْmin'humfrom themتُقٰيةًۜtuqātan(as) a precautionوَيُحَذِّرُكُمُwayuḥadhirukumuAnd warns youاللّٰهُl-lahuAllahنَفْسَهُۜnafsahu(of) Himselfوَاِلَىwa-ilāand toاللّٰهِl-lahiAllahالْمَص۪يرُl-maṣīru(is) the final return
