فَمَنْfamanThen whoeverتَوَلّٰىtawallāturns awayبَعْدَbaʿdaafterذٰلِكَdhālikathatفَاُو۬لٰٓئِكَfa-ulāikathen thoseهُمُhumutheyالْفَاسِقُونَl-fāsiqūna(are) the defiantly disobedientWhoever turns away after that, they are the wicked ones.
