وَهُوَ wahuwa And He الَّذ۪ي alladhī (is) the One Who يَبْدَؤُا yabda-u originates الْخَلْقَ l-khalqa the creation ثُمَّ thumma then يُع۪يدُهُ yuʿīduhu repeats it وَهُوَ wahuwa and it اَهْوَنُ ahwanu (is) easier عَلَيْهِۜ ʿalayhi for Him وَلَهُ walahu And for Him الْمَثَلُ l-mathalu (is) the description الْاَعْلٰى l-aʿlā the highest فِي fī in السَّمٰوَاتِ l-samāwāti the heavens وَالْاَرْضِۚ wal-arḍi and the earth وَهُوَ wahuwa And He الْعَز۪يزُ l-ʿazīzu (is) the All-Mighty الْحَك۪يمُ۟ l-ḥakīmu the All-Wise
He is the One who initiates the creation, then He repeats it; this is easy for Him. To Him is the highest example in the heavens and the earth. He is the Noble, the Wise.
