Surah 31 · Verse 17

يَاyāOبُنَيَّbunānamy sonاَقِمِaqimiEstablishالصَّلٰوةَl-ṣalatathe prayerوَأْمُرْwamurand enjoinبِالْمَعْرُوفِbil-maʿrūfi[with] the rightوَانْهَwa-in'haand forbidعَنِʿanifromالْمُنْكَرِl-munkarithe wrongوَاصْبِرْwa-iṣ'birand be patientعَلٰىʿalāoverمَٓاmāwhatاَصَابَكَۜaṣābakabefalls youاِنَّinnaIndeedذٰلِكَdhālikathatمِنْmin(is) ofعَزْمِʿazmithe matters requiring determinationالْاُمُورِۚl-umūrithe matters requiring determination
