Surah 34 · Verse 9

اَفَلَمْafalamThen, do notيَرَوْاyarawthey seeاِلٰىilātowardsمَاmāwhatبَيْنَbayna(is) before themاَيْد۪يهِمْaydīhim(is) before themوَمَاwamāand whatخَلْفَهُمْkhalfahum(is) behind themمِنَminaofالسَّمَٓاءِl-samāithe heavenوَالْاَرْضِۜwal-arḍiand the earthاِنْinIfنَشَأْnashaWe willنَخْسِفْnakhsifWe (could) cause to swallow themبِهِمُbihimuWe (could) cause to swallow themالْاَرْضَl-arḍathe earthاَوْaworنُسْقِطْnus'qiṭcause to fallعَلَيْهِمْʿalayhimupon themكِسَفاًkisafanfragmentsمِنَminafromالسَّمَٓاءِۜl-samāithe skyاِنَّinnaIndeedف۪يfīinذٰلِكَdhālikathatلَاٰيَةًlaāyatansurely, is a Signلِكُلِّlikullifor everyعَبْدٍʿabdinslaveمُن۪يبٍ۟munībinwho turns (to Allah)
