Surah 35 · Verse 39

هُوَhuwaHeالَّذ۪يalladhī(is) the One Whoجَعَلَكُمْjaʿalakummade youخَلَٓائِفَkhalāifasuccessorsفِيfīinالْاَرْضِۜl-arḍithe earthفَمَنْfamanAnd whoeverكَفَرَkafaradisbelievesفَعَلَيْهِfaʿalayhithen upon himكُفْرُهُۜkuf'ruhu(is) his disbeliefوَلَاwalāAnd notيَز۪يدُyazīduincreaseالْكَافِر۪ينَl-kāfirīnathe disbelieversكُفْرُهُمْkuf'ruhumtheir disbeliefعِنْدَʿindanearرَبِّهِمْrabbihimtheir Lordاِلَّاillāexceptمَقْتاًۚmaqtan(in) hatredوَلَاwalāand notيَز۪يدُyazīduincreaseالْكَافِر۪ينَl-kāfirīnathe disbelieversكُفْرُهُمْkuf'ruhumtheir disbeliefاِلَّاillāexceptخَسَاراًkhasāran(in) loss
