Surah 36 · Verse 67

وَلَوْwalawAnd ifنَشَٓاءُnashāuWe willedلَمَسَخْنَاهُمْlamasakhnāhumsurely, We (would have) transformed themعَلٰىʿalāinمَكَانَتِهِمْmakānatihimtheir placesفَمَاfamāthen notاسْتَطَاعُواis'taṭāʿūthey would have been ableمُضِياًّmuḍiyyanto proceedوَلَاwalāand notيَرْجِعُونَ۟yarjiʿūnareturn
