Surah 36 · Verse 8

اِنَّاinnāIndeed, Weجَعَلْنَاjaʿalnā[We] have placedف۪ٓيfīonاَعْنَاقِهِمْaʿnāqihimtheir necksاَغْلَالاًaghlālaniron collarsفَهِيَfahiyaand theyاِلَىilā(are up) toالْاَذْقَانِl-adhqānithe chinsفَهُمْfahumso theyمُقْمَحُونَmuq'maḥūna(are with) heads raised up
