وَاِنْwa-inAnd ifاَرَدْتُمُaradttumuyou intendاسْتِبْدَالَis'tib'dālareplacingزَوْجٍzawjina wifeمَكَانَmakāna(in) placeزَوْجٍۙzawjin(of) a wifeوَاٰتَيْتُمْwaātaytumand you have givenاِحْدٰيهُنَّiḥ'dāhunnaone of themقِنْطَاراًqinṭāranheap (of gold)فَلَاfalāthen (do) notتَأْخُذُواtakhudhūtake awayمِنْهُmin'hufrom itشَيْـٔاًۜshayananythingاَتَأْخُذُونَهُatakhudhūnahuWould you take itبُهْتَاناًbuh'tānan(by) slanderوَاِثْماًwa-ith'manand a sinمُب۪يناًmubīnanopenIf you wish to replace one mate instead of another, and you have given one of them a large amount, then do not take anything from it. Would you take it by falsehood while it is clearly a sin?
