فَلَاfalāBut noوَرَبِّكَwarabbikaby your Lordلَاlānotيُؤْمِنُونَyu'minūnawill they believeحَتّٰىḥattāuntilيُحَكِّمُوكَyuḥakkimūkathey make you judgeف۪يمَاfīmāabout whatشَجَرَshajaraarisesبَيْنَهُمْۙbaynahumbetween themثُمَّthummathenلَاlānotيَجِدُواyajidūthey findف۪ٓيfīinاَنْفُسِهِمْanfusihimthemselvesحَرَجاًḥarajanany discomfortمِمَّاmimmāabout whatقَضَيْتَqaḍaytayou (have) decidedوَيُسَلِّمُواwayusallimūand submitتَسْل۪يماًtaslīman(in full) submissionNo, by your Lord, they will not acknowledge until they make you judge in what they dispute with each other, then they will not find in their persons any animosity for what you have decided, and they will yield completely.Translation endnotes[4:65] See 5:48.
