Then He settled to the heaven, while it was still gas, and He said to it, and to the earth: "Come willingly or unwillingly." They said, "We come willingly."

[41:11] Time, space, matter, and everything in the universe, are muslims following the laws issued by their Creator. This verse also informs us about the early stage of the universe after the Big Bang (21:30).
