Surah 41 · Verse 15

فَاَمَّاfa-ammāThen as forعَادٌʿādunAadفَاسْتَكْبَرُواfa-is'takbarūthey were arrogantفِيfīinالْاَرْضِl-arḍithe landبِغَيْرِbighayriwithoutالْحَقِّl-ḥaqi[the] rightوَقَالُواwaqālūand they saidمَنْmanWhoاَشَدُّashaddu(is) mightierمِنَّاminnāthan usقُوَّةًۜquwwatan(in) strengthاَوَلَمْawalamDo notيَرَوْاyarawthey seeاَنَّannathatاللّٰهَl-lahaAllahالَّذ۪يalladhīthe One Whoخَلَقَهُمْkhalaqahumcreated themهُوَhuwaHeاَشَدُّashaddu(is) Mightierمِنْهُمْmin'humthan themقُوَّةًۜquwwatan(in) strengthوَكَانُواwakānūBut they used toبِاٰيَاتِنَاbiāyātināin Our Signsيَجْحَدُونَyajḥadūnadeny
