Surah 41 · Verse 25

وَقَيَّضْنَاwaqayyaḍnāAnd We have destinedلَهُمْlahumfor themقُرَنَٓاءَquranāacompanionsفَزَيَّنُواfazayyanū(who) made fair-seemingلَهُمْlahumto themمَاmāwhatبَيْنَbayna(was) before themاَيْد۪يهِمْaydīhim(was) before themوَمَاwamāand whatخَلْفَهُمْkhalfahum(was) behind themوَحَقَّwaḥaqqaand (is) justifiedعَلَيْهِمُʿalayhimuagainst themالْقَوْلُl-qawluthe Wordف۪ٓيfīamongاُمَمٍumaminnationsقَدْqad(that have) passed awayخَلَتْkhalat(that have) passed awayمِنْminbefore themقَبْلِهِمْqablihimbefore themمِنَminaofالْجِنِّl-jinithe jinnوَالْاِنْسِۚwal-insiand the menاِنَّهُمْinnahumIndeed, theyكَانُواkānūwereخَاسِر۪ينَ۟khāsirīnalosers
