Surah 47 · Verse 21

طَاعَةٌṭāʿatun(Is) obedienceوَقَوْلٌwaqawlunand a wordمَعْرُوفٌ۠maʿrūfunkindفَاِذَاfa-idhāAnd whenعَزَمَʿazama(is) determinedالْاَمْرُ۠l-amruthe matterفَلَوْfalawthen ifصَدَقُواṣadaqūthey had been trueاللّٰهَl-laha(to) Allahلَكَانَlakānasurely, it would have beenخَيْراًkhayranbetterلَهُمْۚlahumfor them
