Say, "Shall I seek other than God as a Lord when He is the Lord of everything?" Every person earns what is for it, and none will bear the burden of another. Then to your Lord is your return and He will inform you regarding your disputes.

[6:164] None can save another from their responsibility. Those who mislead others will get a share from the crimes of those who were misled. None can assume someone else's responsibility; however, if someone misleads another one he will also be held responsible for that. See 16:25.
