وَاِذَاwa-idhāAnd whenجَٓاءَكَjāakacome to youالَّذ۪ينَalladhīnathose whoيُؤْمِنُونَyu'minūnabelieveبِاٰيَاتِنَاbiāyātināin Our Versesفَقُلْfaqulthen sayسَلَامٌsalāmunPeaceعَلَيْكُمْʿalaykum(be) upon youكَتَبَkataba(Has) Prescribedرَبُّكُمْrabbukumyour LordعَلٰىʿalāuponنَفْسِهِnafsihiHimselfالرَّحْمَةَۙl-raḥmatathe Mercyاَنَّهُannahuthat heمَنْmanwhoعَمِلَʿamiladoesمِنْكُمْminkumamong youسُٓوءاًsūanevilبِجَهَالَةٍbijahālatinin ignoranceثُمَّthummathenتَابَtābarepentsمِنْminfromبَعْدِه۪baʿdihiafter itوَاَصْلَحَwa-aṣlaḥaand reformsفَاَنَّهُfa-annahuthen, indeed Heغَفُورٌghafūrun(is) Oft-Forgivingرَح۪يمٌraḥīmunMost MercifulIf those who acknowledge Our signs come to you, then say, "Peace be upon you, our Lord has decreed mercy upon Himself, that any of you who commits sin out of ignorance and then repents afterwards and reforms, then He is Forgiving, Compassionate."
