وَاِذْwa-idhAnd whenقَالَqālasaidمُوسٰىmūsāMusaلِقَوْمِه۪liqawmihito his peopleيَاyāOقَوْمِqawmimy peopleلِمَlimaWhyتُؤْذُونَن۪يtu'dhūnanīdo you hurt meوَقَدْwaqadwhile certainlyتَعْلَمُونَtaʿlamūnayou knowاَنّ۪يannīthat I amرَسُولُrasūlu(the) Messengerاللّٰهِl-lahi(of) Allahاِلَيْكُمْۜilaykumto youفَلَمَّاfalammāThen whenزَاغُٓواzāghūthey deviatedاَزَاغَazāgha(was caused to) deviateاللّٰهُl-lahu(by) Allahقُلُوبَهُمْۜqulūbahumtheir heartsوَاللّٰهُwal-lahuAnd Allahلَاlā(does) notيَهْدِيyahdīguideالْقَوْمَl-qawmathe peopleالْفَاسِق۪ينَl-fāsiqīnathe defiantly disobedientWhen Moses said to his people: "O my people, why do you harm me, while you know that I am God's messenger to you?" But when they deviated, God diverted their hearts. God does not guide the wicked people.
