يَقُولُونَyaqūlūnaThey sayلَئِنْla-inIfرَجَعْنَٓاrajaʿnāwe returnاِلَىilātoالْمَد۪ينَةِl-madīnatiAl-Madinahلَيُخْرِجَنَّlayukh'rijannasurely, will expelالْاَعَزُّl-aʿazuthe more honorableمِنْهَاmin'hāfrom itالْاَذَلَّۜl-adhalathe more humbleوَلِلّٰهِwalillahiBut for Allahالْعِزَّةُl-ʿizatu(is) the honorوَلِرَسُولِه۪walirasūlihiand for His Messengerوَلِلْمُؤْمِن۪ينَwalil'mu'minīnaand for the believersوَلٰكِنَّwalākinnabutالْمُنَافِق۪ينَl-munāfiqīnathe hypocritesلَاlā(do) notيَعْلَمُونَ۟yaʿlamūnaknowThey say, "When we go back to the city, the noble therein will evict the lowly." But all nobility belongs to God and His messenger, and those who acknowledge. However, the hypocrites do not know.
