Surah 7 · Verse 157

اَلَّذ۪ينَalladhīnaThose whoيَتَّبِعُونَyattabiʿūnafollowالرَّسُولَl-rasūlathe Messengerالنَّبِيَّl-nabiyathe Prophetالْاُمِّيَّl-umiyathe unletteredالَّذ۪يalladhīwhomيَجِدُونَهُyajidūnahuthey find himمَكْتُوباًmaktūbanwrittenعِنْدَهُمْʿindahumwith themفِيfīinالتَّوْرٰيةِl-tawrātithe Tauratوَالْاِنْج۪يلِۘwal-injīliand the InjeelيَأْمُرُهُمْyamuruhumHe commands themبِالْمَعْرُوفِbil-maʿrūfito the rightوَيَنْهٰيهُمْwayanhāhumand forbids themعَنِʿanifromالْمُنْكَرِl-munkarithe wrongوَيُحِلُّwayuḥilluand he makes lawfulلَهُمُlahumufor themالطَّيِّبَاتِl-ṭayibātithe pure thingsوَيُحَرِّمُwayuḥarrimuand makes unlawfulعَلَيْهِمُʿalayhimufor themالْخَبَٓائِثَl-khabāithathe impure thingsوَيَضَعُwayaḍaʿuand he relievesعَنْهُمْʿanhumfrom themاِصْرَهُمْiṣ'rahumtheir burdenوَالْاَغْلَالَwal-aghlālaand the fettersالَّت۪يallatīwhichكَانَتْkānatwereعَلَيْهِمْۜʿalayhimupon themفَالَّذ۪ينَfa-alladhīnaSo those whoاٰمَنُواāmanūbelieveبِه۪bihiin himوَعَزَّرُوهُwaʿazzarūhuand honor himوَنَصَرُوهُwanaṣarūhuand help himوَاتَّبَعُواwa-ittabaʿūand followالنُّورَl-nūrathe lightالَّـذ۪ٓيalladhīwhichاُنْزِلَunzilahas been sent downمَعَهُٓۙmaʿahuwith himاُو۬لٰٓئِكَulāikaThose (are)هُمُhumu[they]الْمُفْلِحُونَ۟l-muf'liḥūnathe successful ones
