وَلَاwalāAnd (do) notتَقْعُدُواtaqʿudūsitبِكُلِّbikullion everyصِرَاطٍṣirāṭinpathتُوعِدُونَtūʿidūnathreateningوَتَصُدُّونَwataṣuddūnaand hinderingعَنْʿanfromسَب۪يلِsabīli(the) wayاللّٰهِl-lahi(of) Allahمَنْman(those) whoاٰمَنَāmanabelieveبِه۪bihiin Himوَتَبْغُونَهَاwatabghūnahāand seeking (to make) itعِوَجاًۚʿiwajancrookedوَاذْكُرُٓواwa-udh'kurūAnd rememberاِذْidhwhenكُنْتُمْkuntumyou wereقَل۪يلاًqalīlanfewفَكَثَّرَكُمْۖfakatharakumand He increased youوَانْظُرُواwa-unẓurūAnd seeكَيْفَkayfahowكَانَkānawasعَاقِبَةُʿāqibatu(the) endالْمُفْسِد۪ينَl-muf'sidīna(of) the corrupters"Do not stand on every road to threaten and repel from the path of God those who acknowledged Him, by attempting to distort it. Recall that you were few and He multiplied you; and see what the retribution of the troublemakers is."
