اَلَيْسَalaysaIs notذٰلِكَdhālika[that]بِقَادِرٍbiqādirin(He) Ableعَلٰٓىʿalā[over]اَنْantoيُحْيِيَyuḥ'yiyagive lifeالْمَوْتٰىl-mawtā(to) the deadIs One as such then not able to resurrect the dead?
