ذٰلِكُمْdhālikumThat (is the case)وَاَنَّwa-annaand thatاللّٰهَl-lahaAllah (is)مُوهِنُmūhinuone who makes weakكَيْدِkaydi(the) planالْكَافِر۪ينَl-kāfirīna(of) the disbelieversThat, and God weakens the plots of the ingrates.
