Surah 8 · Verse 66

اَلْـٰٔنَal-ānaNowخَفَّفَkhaffafahas (been) lightenedاللّٰهُl-lahu(by) Allahعَنْكُمْʿankumfor youوَعَلِمَwaʿalimaand He knowsاَنَّannathatف۪يكُمْfīkumin youضَعْفاًۜḍaʿfan(there) is weaknessفَاِنْfa-inSo ifيَكُنْyakun(there) areمِنْكُمْminkumamong youمِائَةٌmi-atuna hundredصَابِرَةٌṣābiratunsteadfastيَغْلِبُواyaghlibūthey will overcomeمِائَتَيْنِۚmi-ataynitwo hundredوَاِنْwa-inAnd ifيَكُنْyakun(there) areمِنْكُمْminkumamong youاَلْفٌalfuna thousandيَغْلِبُٓواyaghlibūthey will overcomeاَلْفَيْنِalfaynitwo thousandبِاِذْنِbi-idh'niwith (the) permissionاللّٰهِۜl-lahi(of) Allahوَاللّٰهُwal-lahuAnd Allahمَعَmaʿa(is) withالصَّابِر۪ينَl-ṣābirīnathe steadfast
