Surah 9 · Verse 101

وَمِمَّنْwamimmanAnd among thoseحَوْلَكُمْḥawlakumaround youمِنَminaofالْاَعْرَابِl-aʿrābithe bedouinsمُنَافِقُونَۜmunāfiqūna(are) hypocritesوَمِنْwaminand (also) fromاَهْلِahlipeopleالْمَد۪ينَةِl-madīnati(of) the MadinahمَرَدُواmaradūThey persistعَلَىʿalāinالنِّفَاقِl-nifāqithe hypocrisyلَاlānotتَعْلَمُهُمْۜtaʿlamuhumyou know themنَحْنُnaḥnuWeنَعْلَمُهُمْۜnaʿlamuhum[We] know themسَنُعَذِّبُهُمْsanuʿadhibuhumWe will punish themمَرَّتَيْنِmarrataynitwiceثُمَّthummathenيُرَدُّونَyuraddūnathey will be returnedاِلٰىilātoعَذَابٍʿadhābina punishmentعَظ۪يمٍۚʿaẓīmingreat
