لَيْسَlaysaNotعَلَىʿalāonالضُّعَفَٓاءِl-ḍuʿafāithe weakوَلَاwalāand notعَلَىʿalāonالْمَرْضٰىl-marḍāthe sickوَلَاwalāand notعَلَىʿalāonالَّذ۪ينَalladhīnathose whoلَاlānotيَجِدُونَyajidūnathey findمَاmāwhatيُنْفِقُونَyunfiqūnathey (can) spendحَرَجٌḥarajunany blameاِذَاidhāifنَصَحُواnaṣaḥūthey (are) sincereلِلّٰهِlillahito Allahوَرَسُولِه۪ۜwarasūlihiand His MessengerمَاmāNotعَلَىʿalā(is) onالْمُحْسِن۪ينَl-muḥ'sinīnathe good-doersمِنْminanyسَب۪يلٍۜsabīlinway (for blame)وَاللّٰهُwal-lahuAnd Allahغَفُورٌghafūrun(is) Oft-Forgivingرَح۪يمٌۙraḥīmunMost MercifulThere is no blame to be placed upon the weak, the sick, or those who do not find anything to spend on, as long as they are sincere to God and His messenger. There is no argument against the good doers; and God is Forgiving, Compassionate.
