Surah 98 · Verse 1

لَمْlamNotيَكُنِyakuniwereالَّذ۪ينَalladhīnathose whoكَفَرُواkafarūdisbelievedمِنْminfromاَهْلِahli(the) Peopleالْـكِتَابِl-kitābiof the Bookوَالْمُشْرِك۪ينَwal-mush'rikīnaand the polytheistsمُنْفَكّ۪ينَmunfakkīnato be abandonedحَتّٰىḥattāuntilتَأْتِيَهُمُtatiyahumu(there) comes to themالْبَيِّنَةُۙl-bayinatuthe clear evidence
